I mentioned last week that I received some blog love. I’m sorry I’m so late with posting on this, I’ve been so caught up! These things meant so much to me I didn’t want anymore time to pass without sharing.
First off I got this guy from Fab Finds Under $50:
I can not tell you how over the moon I was!!! Fab Finds Under $50 is one of the first blogs I started following way back when, she was my gateway into ALL budget fashion blogs and I’m soooooo thrilled I’m one of the inspirations for April. The other bloggers chosen have great outfits too you should check them HERE, but this is my little contribution to Fab Finds Under $50:

Friend, thank you so much again!! Really I was having the most difficult day and you turned that right around.
So I’m suppose to share 8 things about me, geeze it was hard to pick stuff out but here I go:
1. Growing up over the bridge I dreamed of living in Manhattan and now that I do I can say it’s still a dream come true. NY can be hard but I am still thankful everyday that I live in this beautiful and kind city.
2. I read A LOT, since I was an itty bitty gal I’ve loved books. All kinds of books!! My personal book collection is a little crazy town from fiction to quantum physics to poetry to biographies. LOVE! If you need a book recommendation holler at me, seriously.
Funny my google reader looks a lot like my library. I have every kind of blog subscription from fashion to anthropology to tee-shirts, I love a lot of random.
3. I love to travel. The name of my blog came from a conversation between me and one of my dear friends. I told her I am an easy traveler I can take a bus, car, train, plane, boat, jeepney, anything to anywhere and not flinch. I said, “it’s like I’m made to travel”. She said, “I love that name for a site. ” Poof- made-to-travel born :).

4. I clap at things all the time, lol. I get excited I clap and I get excited REALLY easily.
No, not clap like Zoolander, I just love that gif…more like Friends:
5. I love dance! I love dancing, watching dance, bad dancing, all of it- I really love dance.
6. The first blogs I started reading were nail blogs. I have a little obsession with fun nails and all the advances in nail technology (a la Sally Hansen Nail Effects) and all the imagination that go into nails like these:
7. I love my family endlessly.
8. I have thought about this a lot and chicken pot pie with a side of Tobasco sauce would be my last meal if i had to choose one.
So part of the Stylish blogger Award is I’m suppose to pick 8 stylish blogs to pass this award to but really I could NOT choose!! And thanks to the lovely Coffee, Light and Sweet I don’t have to; I want to borrow her idea of giving it to every single one of YOU!
Really it means a million dollars to me that you are taking moments out of your day to stop by my small corner of the internet. The amount of beautiful blogs out there and the amazing people I’ve been privileged to meet behind those blogs have really touched me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Such lovely facts! I’ve loved reading every since I was a little girl, too, though I primarily read fiction, biographies, and historical fiction. I still love to read, but I have trouble finding the time! Right now I’m reading a concise history of fashion, which is actually really interesting! And I love the name of your blog 🙂

Congrats dear! I’ve been recently in love with the Sally Hansen nails, the trend has been around a bit, but I think Sally Hansen has definitely perfected it. Vienna is a wonderful place, my younger sister used to live in Linz, a small little Austrian town but filled with wonderful places, do go there if you get a chance. (not too far of a train ride from Salzburg)!

I enjoyed reading your answers they made me smile, especially the friends gif… is it bad I know what episode that was taken from? I watch too much friends. (that should have been one of my 8 things)
