I <3 The Internet-Beauty and Some Bizarre

I posted on umbrellas yesterday because I’ve been stuck in the rain, but this campaign makes the rain look gorgeous.

Love the all the colors and textures in the imagery. Burberry campaign spotted on Perth Fashion. Actually if you go to Burberry site you will be greeted with the sound of rain, very Spring.

I found a wonderful men’s fashion blog via Yes and Yes.

I LOVE their style so much! Midwest Style is made up of a group of friends please read their about it is awesome. Their conversations and fashion choices are full of charm.

And how about some Lykke Li on Tomboy Style?!

I LOVE Lykke Li and I LOVE Tomboy Style, if you haven’t seen this blog you are in for a treat, visit immediately.

These Polaroid birth announcements made me yelp out loud.

backpolaroidJust the cutest thing ever! LOVE! Spotted on You Are My Fave.

Those Graces did a feature honoring Audrey Hepburn that brought me to tears.

If you follow me on Twitter you know how much I love this post. I tweeted it and nominated it for Beautifully Invisible’s Link Love with a Twist last week. What are you nominating this week?

Courtney’s combination of quotes and imagery is really so moving and wonderfully done. Definitely the most breathtaking photographs I have ever seen of Audrey Hepburn by far. Go see Courtney’s post on Those Graces here.

I found this uncanny on Lovely Little Things.

Odd, no?

And I adore this comparison! From H² Fashion.

Princess Grace Kelly at her wedding in 1956.

If you know me, you know I love food that is pretending to be something else!

Awesome, right?!

Spotted on the Dainty Squid, recipe from Oh Cupcakes.

Inge Jacobsen recreated Vogue covers in thread, spotted on Neatorama.

Friends, I don’t know if you know about cross-stitching but it is incredibly labor intensive.  You can see Jacobsen’s other work by clicking on the images or visit her blog here. P.S.-She does a lot of fashion inspired cross-stitching art.

Batcatat

Yeah, I had a puzzling look on me for a bit too. Spotted on Design Crush.

These shots of Central Park via From Me to You reminded me to get on the BF to picnic this Spring.

I live in Manhattan but rarely go to Central Park and that should be remedied immediately. This place is magical.

And this might be the most uplifting art exhibit I’ve ever heard of.

Emily from Short Story Design attended the exhibit Infinite Variety showcasing 651 red and white quilts.

The quilts are the personal collection fof Joanna Rose. For her 80th birthday Joanna wished to see all her quilts on display at once. The New York Armory and The American Folk Art Museum made her wish come true.

I do think this exhibit is aesthetically beautiful and amazing, but making an 80th birthday wish come true really makes it super special for me. Ah see wishes do come true :).

Happy weekend friends!
