Happy Friday dears! I have a very real urge to print this out and frame it in my home because I am definitely one of those people who have to remind myself that it’s okay to relax.
We all not only need to take breaks but we deserve them . So this weekend I’ve decided to treat myself to at least two of these breaks! How about you?
I NEED this ha ha, as I work full time, run a part time business and blog as well I’m always busy even on the weekend. I feel really bad when if I do take time out as there is always something I could be doing, I sometimes end up more tired at the weekend than I am during the week. So I need to bookmark this lol!

OMG, I have the same exact problem! When I do take a bit to just read a magazine I have everything swirling in my head about what else I could be doing! Which not a proper way to take a break I think! But I tried meditating over the weekend and that actually helped me separate myself from all my thoughts so I can just relax. Would highly recommend!
Great ideas – I’m definitely saving this! I need to relax and remind myself to take more breaks!
