(santiago wool blanket $84.99)
Like I mentioned, I’ve been really really into home things because of the new home to be :). The day I arrived back from the Philippines it was 3 degrees in New York! 3!! All I want to do in that kind of weather is watch Netflix, lounge on my couch under a warm throw and light some candles. So here are some ethical blankets, ethical pillows, and ethical candles to keep you warm and cozy indoors.
blankets: 1) symphony gray throw $89 // 2) kantha quilt $84.99 // 3) mud cloth throw $64 // 4) sari blanket $50 // pillows: 1) gorilla pillow case $21 // 2) citron rose window pillow $55 // 3) yellow tribal pillow $26.99 // 4) bird kantha pillow $24.99 // 4) diamond ikat pillow $48 // candles: 1) you+me=magic candle $33.99 // 2) lemongrass & lime $24 // 3) mango & grapefruit candle $22 // 4) antalya votive candle $32
So many pretty ethical things to keep you conscious and toasty during for the last days of winter :). How are you guys keeping warm and cozy?
Awesome stuff! I’m loving that throw blanket in your first photo. How do you determine if a candle is ethical?
For me it’s always about how things are made–all of the candles are either made here (Prosperity Candles is actually made by refugees living in the states)–ALSO these all happen to be cruelty free candles, made of soy wax 🙂
